OnClaw is a trading name of Autonix, a UK-based business. We provide professional deployment, configuration, and ongoing support for OpenClaw AI agents. All services are provided remotely unless an on-site package has been explicitly agreed in writing.

The exact scope of services will be confirmed in writing prior to work commencing. Any additional agents or services will be quoted and agreed separately.
All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A VAT invoice will be issued where applicable.
You may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time with 30 days' written notice to michael@onclaw.io. No refunds are issued for partially used monthly periods.
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If OnClaw is unable to deliver the agreed service through no fault of the client, a full or partial refund will be considered at our discretion.

OnClaw does not claim ownership of OpenClaw, which is an open-source project. We provide professional services around its deployment and configuration. All original configuration, automation scripts, and documentation created by OnClaw for your project remain the property of OnClaw until full payment is received, at which point they transfer to you.
Any credentials or sensitive data shared with us for the purposes of agent setup are handled securely via Composio's OAuth infrastructure where possible, and are deleted upon contract termination. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any systems you provide us access to, and for revoking access once services are concluded.
OnClaw provides services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for:
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to OnClaw in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where applicable). We make no representation that AI agent outputs are accurate, reliable, or fit for any specific purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing and acting on any output produced by your agent.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. OnClaw reserves the right to terminate immediately if a client is in material breach of these terms, including non-payment or misuse of services.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. OnClaw will provide reasonable assistance with handover if requested, which may be subject to additional fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes by email where possible.
